Post-Op
100% resolution of pre-operative right SI joint pain by the 3-month post-operative mark. Back to the active lifestyle she was previously unable to be a part of secondary to her pain.

Pre-Op
36-year-old active female with several year history of low back pain that also radiates down her bilateral.
Post-Op
This patient had 100% resolution of her pre-operative left SI joint pain as early as the 6-week post-operative mark, and continued to do well with no complications at the 3 month post-operative visit.
SI Joint Revision Surgery
Pre-Op
37-year-old female, 3 years post MIS left SI joint transfixation for postpartum SI joint pain. After a brief few months of relief, pain returned worse than previous.
Post-Op
100% resolution of her preoperative pain. Pain relief was immediate on post-operative day 1. At 6 months, PROMIS Global pain score decreased from 96 to 0.
